Is it me or did my first pregnancy go really fast even after me finding out super early . This second pregnancy the days seem longer 🤔 everything is freaking me out. Cramping that comes and goes ... ( no blood or anything) I’m 4weeks & 3days. I went and got a sneak peak at the baby today at an appointment. Only the gestational sac ..normal ?
