I use the Intimina Flex cup! It’s the only reusable menstrual cup that allows you to have sex while wearing it !!

Both. I like tampons when I’m working out or at work, but sometimes they just aren’t comfortable and I’ll feel really sore. So I’ll just use pads instead. But usually I’ll mix it up.

I mainly use pads but I keep a supply of tampons too as sometimes pads are too uncomfortable
