Tips for being dominant

I’m normally a fairly submissive person when it comes to sex (mostly because a majority of the guys I’ve been with never really asked what I wanted and just took control, which wasn’t ALWAYS bad) BUT, I’ve been seeing this guy for a couple months and he is always asking me what I want to feel good and even wants me to take control sometimes. The problem, is since I’ve never been asked it or been in the position of control, I don’t really know what to say or do. I’ve gotten a little better with telling him what I like, but I don’t know how to become more dominant in the bedroom. I would prefer advice besides using like cowgirl because he wants me to be in control more than just me being on top. If anyone has any advice on how to be more comfortable and confident being in control please help!!!
