Duct tape and tied question

So my husband and I were have a kinky night, he duct taped my wrists to my ankles... one of the funnest and best nights followed. Everything is great and the next morning my wrist has 1 spot that is kind of pink and hurts to touch. I can follow the pain up and my thumb is kind of numb. Kind of like when your leg falls asleep and it feels puffy and tingly. So I am assuming during our evening we were too rough and I might have pinched a nerve? Or popped a blood vessel? Has anyone had this happen? Its going to fix itself right?
