Insomnia?

Anyone else struggling with insomnia? 20 weeks 4 days. I went to bed at 9 as usual and here I continue to lie wide awake 2 hours later. I have a 1 and 2 year old to take care of all day. The longer I am awake, the less rest I get before the craziness starts again at 6am. Oh boy...

Yes. I can usually fall asleep after a while, but then I wake up in the middle of the night for at least an hour. It’s frustrating. Unisom helps when I remember to take it.

I second the Unisom. I've been having to take that and B6 to manage my nausea, but it also works wonders for helping with sleep. Without it, I'd be up all night just staring at the ceiling lol

Yes! I have trouble falling asleep from itching (suspected Cholestasis) and then I fall asleep. Then my internal clock wakes me up at like 2 or 3 and I can’t fall back asleep. Then I start itching again lol. Thankfully my toddler sleeps until 7/7:30!

I fall asleep fine but at 2/3/4am... here I am... usually my toddler wakes me up. But he goes back to sleep and I can’t. 😞 Then the heartburn starts.
