Natural way to induce period?

I'm on CD 84 😩 (thanks PCOS 😒)
I need to make an appointment with my fertility specialist anyways, but I'm wondering if I can induce my period before I'm able to get an appointment.

Your fertility dr can give you meds to force a period so they can do any needed blood work etc. that’s what mine would have to do with each cycle of failed meds until we got a dose that worked and got me ovulating

y’all need to take vitamins and have your hormone levels checked. Something’s off and it can be fixed. It’s not something you have to live w. If you’re doctor isn’t doing enough, find a new one.

The only way I've been able to get reg periods w/o meds is to lose weight. Idk if you're overweight or not just speaking abt me. I've been on metformin for a month and got my period day 3 of taking it.
