I had sex on my placebo week and haven’t had a period yet? Is that a chance I’m pregnant even though the sex was only 5 days ago?

The pill is suppose to prevent pregnancy and being on BC doesn’t induce ovulation because that means it will defeat the purpose of BC, it’s normal to not get a period, what you’re talking about is probably the withdrawal bleed which isn’t a period, it’s just mimicking a period to ease your mind that your bleeding and to make you think it’s a period.. if you think about it, ovulation occurs, if the egg doesn’t get implanted we shes and bleed right? So basically BC reverses it. Hope that makes sense.
