So, I totally feel like I’m pregnant, like I genuinely feel it. My lower back is aching, I had what looked like implantation bleeding last week, I’ve been nauseous with belly pain every morning and every night for the past 4 days, I nearly threw up but stopped myself this morning not long after I woke up, i’ve also been very emotional and tired. It’s got so to the point I went and got a FRER test this morning but it’s BFN. I don’t know what to think? (For context I’m pretty sure I ovulated 2 weeks ago) please any help would be great 😢
