My 14 month old has always been the worst sleeper ever. She has the same routine every night for the past 11 months of her life. I’m lucky if I get 3 hours of sleep at night. I work full time and I’m a part time student. I effing need sleep, I’m at my wits end. She just wakes up every 30 mins to an hour screaming bloody murder. I have tried every sleep train method and none of them have worked for her. Last time I tried she fell asleep screaming sitting up refused to lay down and was covered in sweat. I don’t know what to do anymore. It needs to get better. She eats plenty and drinks plenty during the day. I legitimately feel like I’m dying. It’s been 14 MONTHS WITH NO BREAK! Come the eff on. I thought there would be some sort of light at the end of the tunnel but it’s just dark. Yes my daughter is teething.. yes she is learning how to walk but going through a leap or not she doesn’t sleep. Ever. Naps are hell too, 1 or 2 30 minute naps a day. Never naps after 3 pm. Goes to bed at 8.
