I feel really dizzy and sometimes nauseous but i don't know if it is because of the anxiety

i know i should take a test but i am too afraid cause i can't have a baby rn, i am only 20 and i am at the college. please don't judge me, i know i have been irresponsible and i am freaking the hell out, i just need to be reassured and hear some experiences
