My period is late..

My period is now a week late and I’ve taken a number of pregnancy test they’ve all had a clear negative. I’m thinking I’m late since I took a plan b two weeks ago now, yet when I usually take a plan b It comes with a heavy discharge and spotting and some cramps. This has been different since I have only some mild cramps. What should I do? I want to go to the doctor but since this covid pandemic I’m afraid to go to the doctors. Any advice??
