When should I take a pregnancy test?

My cycle is anywhere between 25 & 30 days. I had sex on cycle day 17, which was about a week & a half ago. I’m now on cycle day 29 & I have no sign of my period. Usually before my period I’ll have some breast tenderness & just a regular feeling that my period is coming. I haven’t had any of that. I read in the past, that if a woman conceive’s her cervical mucus begins to increase, my cm at the moment is kind of dry. I used the withdrawal method this time around, I only use that method when I’m close to my period. I’m now freaking out though because I have absolutely no sign of my period & I only have one more day to get it.

My question is, when should I take a pregnancy test for an accurate result?
