Pregnant and breastfeeding

Has anyone fell pregnant while feeding? My little one is 10months and still feeds in the night, I have had a period at 4months and 8months. It took a long Time to get pregnant and we would love another baby to complete our family. I am just wondering what your symptom were and how you knew you had fallen?

I have taken a test because I have a dentist appointment this week and it's a very dark positive. Think I am about 8weeks.
