Looks like normal newborn rash. They have very sensitive skin so if you’re wearing any lotions or have detergent that is overly perfumed, it can cause a rash on there skin. But it doesn’t look concerning to me.

My baby has a little rash. She is 3 days old and the pediatrician told me the name...honestly I can’t remember it now though. She said it was something some newborns get and when your actual milk comes in then it should clear up. There was nothing I could put on it to help and she said it didn’t bother the baby.
