What are your babies eating ?

Anyone feeding your little anything but just purées? I gave my LO a little tiny bits of eggs this morning and he did good ...

Yes! We love eggs. Mashed potatoes, strawberries, blueberries, banana...BLW terrifies me, but we have been doing pretty well with tiny bite sized pieces of things. I used to purée the banana, but now we are doing thumbnail-sized pieces to get the motion of chewing down.

We do mostly purées,puffs,scrambled eggs....but now my little one has decided she is boycotting ALL food and will only drink formal. So that’s been pretty irritating!

We skipped all that stuff and went straight to blw at 6m. He’s eaten over 80 foods in a month :)

Yes!! Lots of different foods. I started with mashed or minced food, and now we’re doing BLW. Even though it terrified me at first! I still stick to mostly softer foods though

We’ve been eating oatmeal and purée since 4 months, now we’re doing mashed potatoes, biscuits and gravy, and other soft foods. I asked the pediatrician if we could do eggs as well and she said not until a year old which I was bummed about. But he’s been doing good and it really helped his spitting up

Started purees at 5 months and have been doing a mix of purees and BLW since 6 months. She loves it lol but I am still hesitant to give her food from my plate since I dont eat very healthy. She usually gets specially made separate dishes like baked squash sticks or mashed raspberries or something.

We're currently at 30 foods! She's had a lot of veggies and fruits, as well as curry, pho, tacos, and spaghetti and meatballs. So fun! 😊
