Thinking of switching from the patch to spermicide... thoughts?
Ok so I started the patch and the constant breakthrough bleeding has just been too much for me. Plus, my period was about 2-4 days and fairly light before I started using birth control and now it lasts the full seven days and is heavy. With the breakthrough bleeding, I’ve been bleeding for the past 7 weeks straight. I’m thinking of getting off birth control and starting to use spermicide? Has anyone used it and has experience w it?
