I got a call from an LPN at my OBs office and they want me to get another 4D ultrasound to see if my baby has a cleft lip. They said they couldn’t tell due to a shadowing, but they couldn’t definitively tell me anything. If it is, I’m okay of course, but of course I’d hope it’s not as I wouldn’t wish surgeries or complications on my little one. I attached photos - in the first four, the lips look all funny, but the last two look pretty normal I think? It’s just blobby all over. It could be a Cupid’s bow and weird ultrasound stuff? The fourth photo seems the worst, but then the 5th and 6th seem to be clearer and not so bad? Idk. Help.
