Hey ladies.

I unfortunately experienced my first miscarriage last weekend. I can hand on heart say to all the ladies out there who have gone or are going through this experience - I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. I hope you know you’re not alone. I can not imagine how strong and brave you ladies are who have had to endure this experience repeatedly 😔. I can fully appreciate how empty you feel inside right now. I feel like I’ve let my partner down. We had told his parents and I was destroyed to deprive them of the joy they felt when they found out I was pregnant. I felt guilty, like I had done something wrong and I had let them down.

This was my first pregnancy and I have little knowledge regarding how our bodies recuperate after this ordeal. I’m keen to hold my head high and not be afraid to try again. I’m healthy and fit and 29 - My question is how long did it take for you to start your period again? I’m normally clock work (28 day cycle on the dot).
