C section

I had a c section a week ago and obviously was and still kinda is in a lot of pain but someone said they have had 3 c sections and told me to save my good pain killers because the real pain happens a month later. I’ve never heard such a thing did this happen to anyone else or was it just her? Just curious if I should actually save my good pain meds or not because I do kinda need them but can save them if I must
