Use OPK to confirm ovulation and BD around ur ovulation. Especially day before, on the day and the day after of ovulation

Do you track your ovulation using OPK’s? I really recommend you do it. The app gives you an estimated guess of when it thinks u will be ovulating, but its not always correct. It can be a week off for example, which can totally throw things off.

Curious to know if you are BBT or OPK tracking your temp to confirm your ovulation?
I found out I actually ovulated a week later than the app was suggesting due to temping & OPKs. It’s something to consider. Best of luck to you
