UTI? Or?

So I'm a trucker and for the past couple months I've had what I thought was UTI symptoms but it only happens like once a month and then goes away. I describe it as cervix pain or a lot of pressure down there. With this pain I have no urgency to urinate, no burning, itching, nothing. I've also noticed that for the past few years I leak urine - so I wear pantyliners at night. I started taking AZO Cranberry supplements and it seems like if I drink a sip of water I have to pee a LOT within like 2 hours which is really unlike me. Being a trucker I have learned to hold my bladder for hours and hours. Anyone have any insight what this could be?
