Is this implantation or period?

I had a miscarriage on the 2nd may and lasted around 8 days and then my period came again on the 1st of June. Still waiting for AF to arrive this cycle or could this be it ? Or is it implantation? I have pcos and irregular periods but been good with taking 500mg metformin since January. Got pregnant with first cycle then miscarried like I mentioned above. Please give me hope for my rainbow baby ❤️❤️❤️
