When should i test? 3 days late

Hello,
I am currently 3 days late & with past cycles I have been either right on time or a a day or so early with spotting as well. I am currently 14DPO and have been trying to conceive for 11 cycles now & I am 26. When should I test? I am so scared it’ll be negative 😔

I tested from 6 dpo (it was too early), but I started getting positives at 13 dpo which was the day before my missed period.  I think you can start testing.
