Constipation
So between my breast milk supply tanking and not realizing it for a couple of days and increased solids my 8mo seems to be a little constipated.
We are supplementing breastmilk bottles now and still doing solids. Any advice to help with the constipation. Icw given water and apples and prunes thus far
