Bleeding with clot sufdenly 11 days post c section

M11 days back i had c section. I had light bleeding since then. 4.30am this morning I woke up with a feeling of passing clot. Then i saw this clot with this fully soaked pad.
Concerted back to normal amount of bleeding since then.
BP 120/72, Hr 72. Temp 36.
Is it normal to have a sudden episode of bright red bleed with clot after 10 days?
I’ve sent a message to my obstetrician waiting for his response.
