Turning 35! ⏳

In 4 days I will be turning 35! It is scaring how time pass by so fast... There are many things I still want to do, but I am so proud of the healthy life style I have been following. I started to go to gym and swimming when I was 18 and since then I was on and off... I had that phase of clubing and alcohol around ~24

But 5 years ago I decided I want to biuld up, specially my quads. Got a coach, changed the way I was eating and within 1 year I saw a huge result and I felt in love with the way eating clean and exercising make me feel.

Those last 5 years I have been consistent with my workouts, cut alcohol and the late nights out, I quit BC 3 years ago started to compete weighting and it helps tremendously with depression. I am way happier with what I see in the mirror now at finished hanging 34 than when I was 24!
