Early preggo symptoms??

I’ve been having pain of my right side and back.. random waves of nausea.. along with a few other smaller symptoms and I’m 8dpo!?? Could this be a sign of early pregnancy ???

Hey Katie! We are on the same cycle! 9 dpo today...here’s what I’ve experienced the past few days:
1. Sore, tender breasts! This usually happens before AF, but they feel a bit fuller than usual.
2. Random cramps throughout the day.
3. Sore throat (weird right?!) & flu like symptoms all day yesterday (9 dpo).
4. Backache (started today). 
5. More tired than usual. Not extreme exhaustion, but I could 100% lay in bed all day and nap if I could.
