Just wondering if anyone has had a private scan? What your experience was like and if you would recommend it.

I am 5w and very nervous as I had an ectopic pregnancy earlier this year. Usually I would be offered and early scan by my EPU (I’m in Manchester) but they can’t offer it at the moment because of Covid-19. I’m thinking about getting a private one but I’m worried about which clinics are reputable and when the best time to go is 6 or 7 weeks as I am going crazy worrying but I also don’t want to go too early and not see anything yet and be even more worried!

Any advice would be great!
