Mood swings

I AM LOSING MY EVERLASTING MIND!! My soon-to-be boyfriend pissed me off and i reacted before i could sit back and realize that I was being a bit manic. He said he'd call me when i got off and he didn't bc he was out with friends or whatever... that's fine, i just wish i would've known that. now i feel really crazy :(

does anyone else have crazy mood swings like that?
