Postpartum weightloss

Hi, friends!

I’m 9.5 months PP and really struggling to lose the last 5-7 pounds... I feel like nothing I do works— more calories, less calories, higher carb, lower carb, HIIT workouts, yoga, fasting, not fasting.... my body isn’t responding to anything. I’ve always eaten very clean (essentially Paleo) and I drink more than enough water, but it seems like even the smallest things now make me bloated and retain water— like bananas and peanut butter, and I survived on peanut butter my entire pregnancy! I just had my first PP period and was hopeful that would help me lose some weight like I’ve read online, and no luck.
