Transitioning to cows milk/other milks

My little man is 1 week from a whole 1 year old. ❤ I love him so much and he's a sweet little boy. That being said we're ready to stop breastfeeding. He's got about 7 teeth now, working on 2 more. He's a great drinker of water but he won't drink milk, I've tried warming it a little but nothing. We've tried Almond milk too but still nothing. I would like to stop breastfeeding as soon as possible. He's a happy baby so when he feeds he smiles alot which makes him bite down. Any suggestions? I had a bunch of frozen milk but when my mom helped me clean she thought it was no good so she threw out all my stash. Now I have 2 12 oz bags of breastmilk.
