So I realized today I didn’t take my pill yesterday so I was like oops I gotta double up. Turns out I forgot Friday’s pill too. I looked it up and it said to double up and throw away the remaining pills. So I took 2 and threw away the one. Oops. I usually remember to but I was at my bfs and my alarm went off and i didn’t get home until like an hour after I had to take it so I forgot I didn’t take it. I think I’m just gonna bring them with me on weekends so I don’t forget
