She ghosted

I recently started talking to this girl and we really hit it off. She has a boyfriend and just wanted to explore. I just broke up with my boyfriend and have been questioning too. We talked for like a week and we’re gonna eventually meet up and Netflix and chill. She ghosted me 🥺 I don’t know whether it was my fault but we were doing really great. She left me on read multiple times so I just don’t know what to do 😐
