Baby shower with not many people, is it worth it ?

I was so excited for my baby shower but I'm not sure now. I realized I will only have like 10 - 15 people and it is actually embarrassing to me. I'm wonder is it really worth it ?

I had a baby shower with my first with around 30 people. I had a really good day but it wasn’t very intimate and I didn’t get to really spend a lot of time with people- it went by in a blur. I actually think a smaller and more intimate shower would be better.

Embarrassing why? Having 10-15 people that love you and your baby sounds wonderful.

My baby shower last year i only invited close family and friends and we were about  10-12 people

Why don’t you have a parade shower instead? They drive by your house, you can hand them a treat such as cookies or something, and they’ll hand you a gift and be on their way!

We had 4 people come to our baby shower for our son (we had probably closer to 15 at the one we had back home with family, but we live out of state and had one here with friends) and it was loads of fun. I was really sad at first that we didn’t have a lot of people show up, but I ended up being glad it was small and low key. 😊 I thought our tiny one was even more fun than the bigger one we had with family!

I don’t see how it‘a embarrassing. I’ve had a baby shower with 14 people. We had the greatest time.

Lol I don’t even think I’d invite more than 8 without the coronavirus. I’ve only done one baby shower and four people showed up.

I had that many at my first baby shower. :) it was small, intimate, and turned out perfect. 
Do what feels right to you ❤️ but there’s nothing to be embarrassed about

I had 2 baby showers with my son (my family and fiances family live 5 hours apart) and had maybe 10 people to each. But it was worth it to enjoy time with friends and family
