So me and my bf had sex and it was the day after my ovulation and we didn’t use protection but he says that he did not cum in me is it possible that I can still be pregnant from pre cum and being at a medium risk of pregnancy the day after my ovulation ?

I mean, its a very slim chance, but anytime you have sex without protection is a chance for pregnancy.
I wouldnt stress too much over whether or not you're pregnant. Take a test in 2 weeks and see what it says. If your period doesn't show, take another test to confirm.
