been trying to conceive for 1.5years... have 16cm potential dermoid cyst on right ovary and a 6cm on my left ovary.

going to have surgery to remove iv been told exact details dont know... either both or on 1... dont know if I will lose ovary or my tubes... have a appointment tuesday just feeling so emotional and upset right now... dont want to talk to my nearest and dearest cause itll stress and upset them.. anyone ever been in a similar situation to me
