Pregnant and practicing a sport 🐎

I just found out today that I was pregnant 🤰, but I am an active horse rider and more precisely show jumper.
I would like to know if anyone of you is too ? And what your doctors advised you ?
I have a hose show competition this week and I don’t know what to do ...
