Yes and if you get the right kind, it can help.
But you’re likely producing just fine quantities of cervical fluid and just don’t know it. A lot of the time, I don’t see eggwhite cm unless I check my cervix. It doesn’t flow down my vaginal canal easily, so I don’t usually have stretchy eggwhites in my undies or at the opening, only at my cervix. It’s usually followed by a day or two of watery cm, which I can easily find in my undies.
But if I didn’t check my cervix, I would think I wasn’t producing any eggwhite, but I am.
