Left pelvic/pubic area throbbing pain 25 weeks pregnant ?

Just started feeling this today and seems worse when I got into bed. I keep needing to put pressure on it. Is it round ligament or SPD or what? It’s the circled area but more the green dot. Not quite to the groin crease but still close and in the area that my underwear covers.

I had the same thing it went away after 2 days. I used warm compress and Tylenol.

Round ligament pain and it sucks!!

I would say sounds more like round ligament, i had pain last from 1-2 days at a time and my doctor suggested it was round ligament each time.
Have you tried taking Tylenol to see if that relieves any of the pain?
