I went to get an ultrasound for my heavy periods. I had the abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound done. If I were pregnant (I’ve only had sex once and have been paranoid ever since), it would have been 11 weeks from that last period before having sex.

I’ve dug myself into a google rabbit hole and have been reading articles about people bleeding every month and they didn’t know they were pregnant and how sometimes an ultrasound can be a “false negative” for detecting pregnancy bc maybe it’s too early on or I even read once that if your preg test wasn’t positive, they aren’t trying as hard to look for a sign of pregnancy (?? Idk I just read it).

Even though I went in for just an examination, so they were not actively looking for an embryo, at 11 weeks, would they still see something? Like would it be a “ummm I can def see something growing in your uterus” moment???
