SO and I had sex on 6/29, 6/30 and 7/1. Glow showing ovulating on 7/6. I tested high peak OPK on 7/5. However, on 7/11 I started to cramp with lower back pain and spotting. 7/12, it stopped. Is it possible it’s implantation bleeding?

It is possi le its implantation because of the time frame since ovulation, but not likely because sperm are not likely to live 5 whole days inside the uterus, they can, but it's not likely. I'd wait to test in at least 5 days or longer
