You guys I’m about to lose it 😭 I’m sitting here nursing my 5 month old it’s 10:54pm. The thing is she never goes to bed before 11pm, no matter what I do: shorter sleep times, longer wake times during the day, waking early morning vs late morning. Idk what else to do I’m so exhausted, she then wakes at 2 or 3am to nurse and will sleep until 8 or so, but my almost 2 year old is up at 6 am 😫 I just get so frustrated every night just watching the hours go by with her, bright eyed and bushy tailed! Help! Any tips, advice?
