Razor bumps

For my ladies with very bad sensitive skin and razor bumps, what helps y’all decrease as much razor burn. I just recently got back from vacation and the florida sun and im guessing sunscreen cleared it up but as soon as i returned home they came back and they are usually worse than the picture. What razors are best? Shaving cream, Conditioner or coconut oil ? HELP!!
