So my lochia is brown and light, enough for a panty liner during the day. But today I started having random menstrual like cramps. I'm exclusively breastfeeding, and have heard generally you get a period later due to that. Wondering if this cramping is period related or if it just suddenly started being crampy again? I haven't felt crampy since 3 days PP. Anyone have any idea what this could be? Has anyone else started cramping after not for so long?
