Conception pills and one a day prenatal couple vitamins

So I was having a conversation with a friend and both are in a mid 30s we both are having a difficult time getting pregrant I have been trying for the past 5yrs and I was pregrant and suffer a miscarriage so I have really starting to feel like I can’t have kids I am babygirl of 5 siblings and I am the only one without kids everyone in my family keep asking when am going to have children due to I’m getting older and their not asking in a malicious way but more concerning I have not express a lot with certain people that I’m having trouble getting pregrant but I do a strong support system that help me when I’m struggling emotionally. I have tried a lot of different things to get pregrant but nothing was successful so I was speak with a friend that recommended conception pills and one a day prenatal for couple and preseed have any tried any of these and see any type of results I just started taking them on my second day matter of fact u know god has the last say but I just feeling a bit discouraged and would like to hear from someone else point of view
