Question about cramping

Hi ladies. I’m officially 4 weeks and 2 days. I’ve been having mild cramping in my uterus but only localised and only non the right side. I’m afraid of it being ectopic. I’m just wondering if anyone here has had cramping only on one side in these early weeks? Thanks for your help!
