Any other dieting breastfeeding Mamas?

Trying to lose some weight over here (40 pounds) but not wanting to lose my supply. It is HARD when I want to eat everything all the time! I replace one or two meals a day with 310 shakes, try to drink 1 gallon of water and add a little exercise in there. I just got my birth control taken out so I'm hoping that helps shed the pounds as well! This was so much easier when I didn't have to worry about taking in an x amount of calories every day.

What's everyone else doing?
