Cannot poop?

I am 38 weeks 2 days only 1 cm and i cannot poop for the life of me, i constantly have to go and like pebbles come out

Try some powder drink magnesium.  It’s actually yummy! I use a brand called “calm” I got it at Whole Foods.   Basically works for me like drinking a big black coffee :)

Try miralax! It works pretty quickly for me. I think it’s better than colace personally.

I ate cherrys and drank water and went on a walk ! Maybe you could try that cause I was in the same situation and I was miserable 😩

38+3. Haven’t been able to poop since 6 months. I use water only enemas maybe twice a week. It’s been helping a lot

Drink tons of water and take Colace. I think you can take a few capsules a day! Metamucil daily also helps me.
