What was your first sign of labor?

Am I the only one worried that my water will break in bed and ruin my bed 😂

Definitely suggest a mattress protector sheet. Even after baby is born, messes can happen!
That peace of mind is SO worth it.

Mucus plug came out in the morning and my water broke while handing out halloween candy. Usually the mucus plug doesn’t always mean labor is near but I was overdue so after I saw that I was expecting it at any time.

Mine did. We were getting new one though so I didn't care haha new bed has waterproof protector on it

My water broke in bed. A good amount came out but it woke me up so I immediately stood up and it was only in my pants and not on my bed at all. You can just get a mattress cover or even just lay a blanket down in bed towards the end.

It broke on my bed and didn’t ruin it. But we have a mattress protecter! I highly suggest getting one. 
Also I wore a baby diaper as a pad to go to the hospital so I wasn’t leaking everywhere. The nurses thought that was great. 😂😂

It kinda snuck on me. My leak was slow and I didnt notice it. I just couldn’t stand being in pain anymore

I bought the big pad, that is meant to be put in bed to catch pee and stuff in hospital or in kids beds. It is kind of a pad-like sheet. And I put it under my own bedsheet on a mattress just in case.
