Today I realized that the feelings will always be there. I realized that whatever happens he'll be my what if. 
I guess I should just admit it.
I will always love you no matter what. Whatever happens. No matter how much I try to move on from you and forget you, I just can't.
You'll always have a place in my heart.

I'm completely 100% romantically over him, but I will always care about him. He is a good person and we were together for 4 years, and when we broke up it was just because we aren't compatible. I will always want him to be happy (and he is, which makes me happy).

I appreciate that he was an important part of my life. But I’m 100% over him. It’s funny because all the dudes I dated after were so so different from my first bf. I guess I felt like we went past our expiration date as a couple and I never wanted to go down a similar road again. I never think about him unless someone brings him up. Haven’t talked to him in like a decade or so. 
 
So I hope he’s happy and having a good life, but I’m soooooooo over him.

I accidentally tapped yes, but I meant to hit no. My best friend Charlie is my first love and he isn't exactly a person I can just forget about or get over and I doubt I ever will. He's the first person I became friends with in middle school when we were like 11. Now we're 15 and I'm in a different city, but we're still close friends and we talk all the time on discord. I've found more love here with newer friends and they're great and I love them a lot, but Charlie is still my closest friend. I hope we don't lose contact, but if we somehow do in the future, I won't ever forget him.

In my opinion u shouldnt make those types of words because they can be soul binding. And if it was true love.... unless it was death involved... it shouldnt end. Sometimes we “think” were in love until we grow, learn, evolve.
